The Story Behind Frozen Land
Far above the Arctic Circle lies Kiruna, a town in northern Sweden where winter stays for much of the year.
Snow settles on rooftops, trees and quiet streets. During the polar night, the sun remains below the horizon, leaving the town in a soft blue twilight.
Yet against the white snow, there is color.
Red houses. Yellow walls. Hints of green and other muted shades between the snow covered roofs.
In the stillness of a northern winter, these small patches of color make the landscape feel lived in and warm. They are a reminder that life carries on, even when the world seems to have slowed to a stop.
Frozen Land draws inspiration from this contrast. White Shell and Blue Topaz recall snow and cold winter skies. Rose Quartz brings a gentle warmth, while Tourmaline and Fluorite add movement and changing color.
Winter may slow the world around us, but life does not stand still. Beneath the snow, another season is already taking shape.
